Reporting Harassment or Discrimination based on Sex/Gender

• Title IX Sexual Harassment Policy and Procedures
  If you have experienced or witnessed sexual harassment and would like to initiate a College investigation, you may report to:
  • The Director of Equity Issues & Title IX Coordinator (by email at ncallicoat@keithmedia.net or by calling 312-369-6343) or
  • Any of the individuals listed as Responsible Employees in Section XI(A)(1) of the Title IX Sexual Harassment Policy and Procedures.
• If you have experienced or witnessed sexual harassment and desire strictly confidential support and assistance (to the extent permitted by law), you may contact any of the individuals listed as Confidential Resources in XI(A)(2) of the Title IX Sexual Harassment Policy and Procedures.
• If you are a Responsible Employee and have received a report of sexual harassment, you must contact the Director of Equity Issues & Title IX coordinator (by email at ncallicoat@keithmedia.net or by calling 312-369-6343).
